Separate marketing from learning delivery
Course pages should explain the audience, prerequisites, format and how to enquire or enrol. If lessons will be delivered online, define learner access, content formats, progress tracking and support. Do not assume a marketing website automatically includes a learning management system.
Clarify responsibilities
Agree who provides teaching materials, updates dates and answers learner questions. Any accreditation, certificate or qualification claims must be supplied and verified by the organisation. Access and payment testing should cover both the learner and the administrator experience.
